Oliver Moloney
Oliver is a highly skilled professional with extensive experience in emergency management, firefighting, and transportation. Oliver has served as a firefighter since 2003, and holds the position of Chief Training Officer for the Parry Sound Fire Department, where he provides guidance and support to a dedicated team. Additionally, Oliver has two decades of experience in the railway sector, serving as a Locomotive Engineer for both Freight and Passenger Railways, including time as a Frontline Manager, where he has honed his skills in rail operations and transport.

Vice President, Product Development
Mitch Sutherland
Mitch is a seasoned professional in the railway industry and emergency services, currently working as a Technical Training Instructor for a major Canadian Passenger Railway. In this role, he focuses on teaching and team leadership while utilizing his extensive experience in rail operations. Prior to this position, he served as a Train Conductor, then Locomotive Engineer for Canadian National Railway. Mitch is also an Auxiliary Police A/Sergeant with the Greater Sudbury Police Service and serves as a Search & Rescue Director further demonstrating his dedication to community. He is also committed to ongoing professional development, holding several certifications, including Ice Rescue and Search Manager certification from the Greater Sudbury Police Service.

Vice President, Business Operations
Dan Siddall
Dan has substantial business experience, particularly from his time at McDonald's Restaurants of Canada, where he worked in various roles, including in the Inventory Management and Training departments. Responsibilites included inventory level planning and analysis, preparing for product launches, and effectively addressing inventory challenges. This role enhanced his analytical skills and strategic planning capabilities. Dan has worked in the Railway industry since 2012, and is currently employed as a Passenger Locomotive Engineer . Prior to this role, Dan gained significant experience at Canadian National Railway, serving as a Freight Train Conductor, then Freight Locomotive Engineer, which included the handling of dangerous goods. In addition to his technical expertise, Dan’s diverse background in both Transportation and Service industries equips him with a unique blend of operational and managerial expertise to support our operations team.

Vice President, Regulatory Compliance
Nathan Jeffery
Since 2017, Nathan has served as a Provincial Constable with the Ontario Provincial Police, where he has completed training in Frontline Supervision, Major Events Management, and Scenes of Crime Officer duties. Prior to this, he served with the Town of Parry Sound Fire Department from 2009 to 2022, retiring as a Lieutenant. During his tenure, Nathan earned several certifications, including Incident Management System (IMS) Levels 100, 200, and 300, Hazardous Materials (Operations Level), and Joint Occupational Health and Safety Certification (JHSC). Additionally, he is trained as a Search and Rescue Coordinator and gained valuable experience in the transportation industry, working for three years as a Freight Train Conductor for Canadian Pacific Railway.

Incident Management Officer & Hazmat Instructor
Jason Paul
Jason Paul is a seasoned emergency management and response professional with over two decades of experience in fire services, hazardous materials operations, and technical rescue and emergency medical services. As a Captain with the Ottawa Fire Service, Jason leads urban fire station operations, commanding multiple apparatus and crews while specializing in hazardous materials, CBRNE and urban search and rescue. His leadership extends to serving as a Hazmat Duty Officer, Technical Advisor, and senior instructor within the OFS Hazmat and CBRNE Provincial Response Team.
Beyond his municipal role, Jason was the Emergency Management Program Coordinator for St. John Ambulance in Ottawa, where he spearheaded the development of nationally deployable emergency response teams and contributed to the organization's strategic growth in emergency preparedness. His dedication to service was recognized with a promotion to Officer Rank in the Order of St. John.
He also serves as the Hazmat Lead for Ontario Task Force 4, a provincial Urban Search and Rescue team, overseeing hazmat operations and training for complex technical rescue missions.

Incident Management Officer & Instructor
Jason Jongen
Jason Jongen is a career firefighter, proud father, and long-time community leader with nearly 30 years of experience in the fire service. He began his firefighting journey in 1996 as a volunteer firefighter, a role that sparked a lifelong commitment to public safety and serving others. Today, he is a Deputy Platoon Chief with the Department of National Defence Fire Service, where he helps guide daily operations, support frontline crews, and uphold the highest standards of emergency response.
Throughout his career, Jason has gained extensive hands-on experience in structural firefighting, emergency operations, and high-risk incident response. As a certified Hazardous Materials Technician, he brings advanced training and professionalism to complex situations requiring technical expertise and calm, steady leadership.
Beyond his role in the fire service, Jason is known for his passion for railway operations and heritage, a personal interest that inspired several of his community-minded projects. He is the founder of Side Tracked in Muskoka, a one-of-a-kind caboose lodging experience, and the creator of Firehouse 343, a firefighter-themed concept dedicated to honouring the firefighting community and sharing its stories with the public.
